While we endeavour to safely treat health problems over the counter, however a consultation is the most effective way to return you to improve health and a sense of wellbeing or long term chronic issues.

With a private consultation we can prescribe practitioner only brands: Bio Practica, Metagenics, Bioceuticals, Eagle, Medi Herb, Bioconcepts, Pure Encapsulations, Designs 4 Health and many more.
Julia completed her Naturopathic degree via the South Pacific College in Auckland and has worked diligently at Bodywise for the last 18 months. Julia's knowledge on all things nutritional, naturopathic and herbal is remarkable while taking a cautious approach as needed for complicated health issues.
Initial consultations: 1.5 hours - $120.00
This amount of time is required to take a complete medical history and understand the underlying health issues. This is followed with making a treatment plan, preparing the herbal medicine, supplements and booking a follow up appointment.
Follow-up consultations: 30 minutes - $80.00
Appointments are scheduled 1-2 weeks after the first visit and then as required. An extra 15 minutes is required to present your treatment plan.

Colleen came to Bodywise in 2021 from the Herb Centre in Christchurch, after gaining a degree in Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine in 2017. Colleen has a loyal group of regulars who love her knowledge and ability to put together herbal tonics and supplements specific to their health needs.
