Sophie Best, Dip Aroma, Reiki II, IFPA, BSc Psychology

Sophie trained as an Aromatherapist at Napier University in Edinburgh, and has been attuned to Reiki, a form of energy work. She offers therapeutic relaxation massage using essential oils, blended to suit her clients’ individual needs.

Sophie looks at the whole person when she is carrying out a consultation and treatment, and supports clients to identify the links between their physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing. Sophie has a gentle, empathic nature and is able to reach out and connect with people.

Prior to training as an Aromatherapist Sophie trained as a Psychologist. She worked in support services with people with Autism, brain injury and learning disabilities. Originating in the UK, Sophie is now resident in New Zealand.
